Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide growth hormone secretagogue and selective agonist of the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R). Unlike other GH secretagogues, preclinical studies indicate ipamorelin stimulates GH release with high selectivity, showing minimal effect on cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH levels. It has been studied in models of growth hormone deficiency, bone density, and body composition.
