CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) with a drug affinity complex (DAC) modification that enables covalent binding to serum albumin, dramatically extending its half-life compared to native GHRH. Preclinical and early clinical research has studied its ability to produce sustained, pulsatile GH release and elevate IGF-1 levels over extended periods. It is commonly used as a research tool in GH axis studies.
